Environmental Center

Come to the
free
Expo to see renewable energy, efficiency and
sustainability displays, meet installers and see virtual
building tours.
Colorado Springs Utilities (CSU) will offer a
free compact fluorescent light (CFL) bulb exchange!
CSU electric customers ONLY, receive up to 12 CFL
bulbs in exchange for 60, 75 or 100 watt incandescent bulbs.
While at the Expo, purchase a guide book to participate in
the
self-guided tour
of commercial and residential buildings.
Come early
to sign up
for the guided tour of the
6 mega-watt
solar photovoltaic installation at the
Air Force Academy.
Closed toe shoes, long trousers, long sleeved shirt, glasses or sunglasses
and ID are required for this tour.
Tour Fees:
(Everyone must have a ticket to attend a tour
site.)

at Conservation and Environmental Center is
free
· Tour
guide book $5 ($1 for CRES members)
· Tour
tickets $2 adults (free for ages 15 and below and CRES
members)
Prizes:
Attend at least three tour stops and submit your initialed ticket for a
drawing to be held at the end of the tour.

Directions to CSU Conservation and
Environmental Center
2855 Mesa Rd., Colorado
Springs, CO 80904
Take the Fillmore exit
from I25 and go west on Fillmore approximately 1.5 miles.
You will come to Mesa Rd. just after passing Coronado
High School.
Turn right on Mesa.
The Conservation Center will be approximately ½ mile
on your right.
Enter the Expo on the east (back) side of the building.
